We’re looking for a Full-Time Customer Service Administrator at Express Group to replace a much loved staff member who is retiring!
This is a full-time role Monday to Friday 09.00 – 17.30 to work in a small, busy department. The successful candidate must have strong communication and organisational skills; you must be able to work as part of a team and also independently.
You should have the ability to multi task, a flexible approach, with good basic admin, Terrarium TV computer & numeracy skills with an eye for detail. You should be enthusiastic and willing to learn.
Basic duties include:-
– Resolve customer complaints
– Answering main reception phone and screening calls
– Undertake accurate data entry
– Raise and progress orders and returns
– Arrange supplier returns and credits
– Monitor deliveries and resolve problems
– Arranging collections
– General Admin tasks
Salary: £14,040 per annum
