GoPrint3D, a 3D printing firm based in Ripon, are celebrating further success after recently being appointed European Partner for US based 3D printer manufacturer, Formlabs.  Formlabs, originally funded out of the crowdfunding website, Kickstarter, produces a groundbreaking new product using 3D printing technology known as stereolithography.
The Form 1+ prints professional quality 3D models on the desktop at a fraction of the cost of professional 3D printers.

GoPrint3D was started in 2013 as a part of Express Group with a mission to help people create, make and fix with 3D printing technology.  The news has been particularly welcome for Express Group who see 3D printing as a growing market with massive potential, touted by many as the next industrial revolution.

“I’m delighted that Formlabs chose us as their European Partner.  We are delivering 3D printers all over Europe and we have set up a repair-line here in Yorkshire to support the one-year warranty”  said Jo Young, Managing Director of GoPrint3D and Express Group, “3D printing was a natural progression for us from 2D printing and we’re already becoming a big name in this rapidly growing industry”

GoPrint3D will be distributing and repairing Formlabs 3D printers out of its Headquarters in Ripon, North Yorkshire and sells 3D printers via it’s website www.goprint3d.co.uk.
