About Us

Express Group have been repairing printers and providing printer spares since 1988. We were pioneers in the printer repair and parts marketing in the late 80’s. We’ve grown to become a key partner for HP replacement parts, OKI, Brother, Lexmark and more.

We are based in Ripon out of our purpose built printer repair centre and distribution warehouse. Our engineers have over 13 years experience on average, and we have repaired more than 400 different models of printer over the last 5 years.

We have the widest range of printer parts available in the UK, with over 4,800 different printer parts. We’ve become the first port of call for key maintenance companies in the UK looking to source printer spares.

We also distribute parts across Europe, Middle East and Africa via our partner network, Parts Group Europe. We also hold stock and provide logistical support for a number of manufacturers.
